What is detox? Many people who are not aware about the detoxification of the body, to detox is to remove the harmful toxins from the human body. The process is very simple.

When the juice is raw it contains chlorophyll which helps in the removal of cancer related toxins and boosts the immune system. There is only one technique in this is that the juice has to be consumed slowly for better absorption of nutrients in the body.

2) Lemon:

Lemon is a detoxifier in itself. Lemon has the capacity to improve digestion, while increasing the mineral intake and liver’s bile production.

A cup of warm water mixed with a juice squeezed from one lemon will strengthen the immune system. This has to be done for a few weeks daily and then the difference will be seen.

3) Green Tea:

Drinking two to three cups of green tea daily will result in detoxification. Green tea basically helps the liver in digestion and protects it from damage. It also contains a lot less caffeine that coffee and has anti-oxidants that will help your overall health.

4) Oil Pulling:

Oil pulling is the most traditional technique for detox. The most natural way to deal with many problems is that you just have to apply one tablespoon of sunflower or sesame oil daily in your mouth like a mouthwash for 15 to 20 minutes, spit out the oil until it becomes more foamy and thinner. After spitting rinse your mouth with water, this technique is to be done till 15 days.
