1) Everybody remembers Amitabh Bachchan and Shashi Kapoor’s film ‘Kabhi Kabhie’ directed by Yash Chopra. The producer of the movie ‘Gulshan Rai’ was so sure that this film will not work because Bachchan was also an action hero not romantic. There was a surprise as the movie was a blockbuster.

2) Just as the movie was a blockbuster the makers also had a difficult time for the recording of the songs because the musicians were on strike. What do you think happened? Director Yash Chopra hired the musicians from the navy for the completion of songs.

3) The birth of versatile actor ‘Ranbir Kapoor’s credit should also be given to Yash Chopra because Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor were roped in for ‘Kabhi Kabhie’ during the filming the duo actually fell in love. The couple got married in 1980.

4) In Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, SRK plays a double role, the role was inspired by two contestants in Shahrukh’s show, Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hai? Back in 2008.

5) Akshay Kumar, while filming ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hai’ had a tiff with Yash Chopra. As he was not paid the amount which was promised to him, the tiff went on till 11 years.
