There are several instances in movies, serials, and shows where the artists have behaved questionably while shooting with their co-stars. The artists have inappropriately touched their co-stars while shooting for a respective scene in a movie.
Such instances keep on repeating, it can happen anywhere in the world not just in India. Many times the actresses have become victims to such actions done by their co-stars.
Here are some of the controversies:
1) Hansa Ek Sanyog:
According to a report in ‘Filmiwiki’, actress Scarlett Wilson slapped a co-actor, Umakant Rai, because he touched her inappropriately. A video had gone viral where it was seen she slapped him because he forced himself on her. Scarlett will be seen in Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gold’ on 15th August. The actress was also seen in a song, ‘Manohari’ in Baahubali.
2) I Don’t Luv U:
Many people would not be knowing about this movie which starred actor Ruslaan Mumtaz and actress Chetna. While the duo was filming for an intimate scene, Ruslaan admitted that he lost control and unconsciously unzipped the actress’s dress which dropped off her body instantly. Ruslaan told Hindustan Times, “Basically in the heat of the moment I opened the zip on Chetna’s dress and it almost fell off. It was a tough scene to shoot.”
3) Prem Pratigya:
This movie starred Madhuri Dixit, Mithun Chakraborty, and Ranjit. According to speculations, Dixit was not at all comfortable or convinced to do the rape scene, which happened between Dixit and actor Ranjit. There were several reports that actor Ranjit had allegedly forced himself on Madhuri Dixit while filming.
4) A Gentleman:
A Gentleman is a recently released movie starring Siddharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Suniel Shetty. There is an intimate scene between Siddharth and Jacqueline where the actor allegedly continued to kiss his co-star even after the director said ‘cut’.
5) Prem Dharam:
This one is Mahesh Bhatt’s very old directorial movie starring Vinod Khanna and Dimple Kapadia. There was an intense between the two actors, where Vinod Khanna did not let go of the actress Dimple Kapadia, even after Bhatt shouted ‘cut’ more than once. After which Mahesh Bhatt personally had to apologize to the actress for such behaviour.
