5 Protein-Rich Veggies For Those Who Want To Build Their Muscles

Vegetarians always find it problematic to get their daily dose of protein.  At the time of building muscles or in general for staying fit protein is a must. The more you work out the more your diet should be adequate in protein.

In India, there are so many people who turn themselves into non-vegetarian, or they get their hands on the supplements. 4) Leafy Greens:

Leafy greens like lettuce, spinach, and kale have a substantial amount of protein in them. 2 cups of Kale has up to 4 grams and two cups of spinach have up to 2 grams of protein in them.

5) Broccoli:

This vegetable is trending everywhere and either you can love it or hate it. Broccoli is used in salads, pasta and sabzis and is protein-rich. Just having 2 cups of the vegetable daily will boost up your protein content up to 5 grams.
