When Bollywood Actors Behaved Like Heroes In Real Life Even After Severe Injuries

Remember the dialogue from the famous movie ‘Om Shanti Om’ where SRK says, ‘Picture Abhi baaki hai mere dost’? It applies to these celebrities.

The work of an actor is not a cakewalk especially when you already have made your place in the film industry – it is a task to maintain your position with so much competition. Many times we think that it is easy for them but that is just an illusion, in reality, it is not. Getting injured while shooting for a daredevil stunt does not stop them from shooting forward.

Here are some actors who have been injured gravely on the sets while shooting:

1) Anushka Sharma:

The ‘Pari’ actress has done some amazing and thrilling films like ‘NH10’ wherein while shooting for the action sequences she suffered back injuries. But the shooting went on and the film went on to be a successful one after which Sharma had done physiotherapy sessions.

2) Aamir Khan:

The 52-year-old Mr. Perfectionist while shooting for ‘Dangal’ did not use the body doubles for the action sequence which resulted in exertion for him. The exertion increased and he suffered a chronic shoulder injury.

3) Ranveer Singh:

The energetic actor of the industry does not believe in giving up ever. While shooting for ‘Gunday’ during a dance sequence the actor came crashing down the platform and landed on his face which had caused him many stitches.

4) Sushant Singh Rajput:

The upcoming superstar of the industry was so much into the role for M.S. Dhoni in the film ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ that when he played the famous helicopter shot in the movie just like Dhoni plays in real life, it had resulted in an injury. Sushant broke his ribs and he was on complete rest for 3 weeks.

5) Shah Rukh Khan:

Shahrukh Khan firmly does not believe in using a body double as far as possible. While the shooting of ‘Fan’ and ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ the actor broke his ribs, injured his left knee and broke his backbone too due to which he was on rest.

They do act like real heroes and heroines off screen!
