Can’t Bring A Pet Home? Now You Can Have One For A Few Hours Or A Day!

From September onwards, your pet woes are going to vanish. If you have always dreamt of having a pet and spending time with those furry little creatures at home, that dream is about to come true.

Are you one of those people who desperately want a dog but cannot get one because of time issues, financial issues or simply because other members of your family won’t agree? Then this article is for you.

According to HT, ‘Jaipur-based dog behaviourist Viren Sharma is planning to open around 100 ‘MAD’ (Mad About Dogs) centres across India which, besides renting exquisite pooches, will have facilities such as salon, spa, hotel, training institute, medical provisions and behavioural correction institute.’

In metros like Delhi and Mumbai, you will be able to spend a day out with a dog as well. Starting from September, 100 such outlets will open up in the span of another year for animal lovers. You can pay and spend a few hours or a day with your lovely canine friends.

And these centres will not just be a place to get dogs for a few hours – these will be places where one can get all pet needs sorted. Strays will be rescued and will be put up for adoption here as well.

Also, if you have a pet and are going out of town, this centre will work as a care-centre. You can drop off your pets here and they will be taken care of.

Pets are known to make us happy – today when many of us are constantly stressed, this initiative is here to rescue us as well.

Furthermore, according to the same report, ‘A first-of-its-kind canine behavioural institute will also be incorporated by October this year in Jaipur by Sharma, with the support of faculty from abroad and skilled people who know the art of dealing with dogs. To be called as International Institute of Canine Management (IICM), it will impart professional knowledge to those wanting be a dog expert.’

Isn’t it damn cool?
