Goaaa! We never need a reason to visit this haven. Beaches, peace, parties & adventure – Goa is the perfect mix of it all.
For some, beer and Goa sound synonymous. If you are one of those, this article is for you.
The Forest Monk Hostel in Goa’s Vagator area has an amazing offer. If you can drink seven beers after buying it from them, you get a free stay for a night! Goa’s Vagator area is known to be peaceful as compared to the more crowded Baga & Calangute. This hostel is simply the cherry on the cake.
Even if you are not up for this challenge, The Forest Monk Hostel is a charming place to live at. Their five-bed dorms are priced at ₹180 a night and their six-bed dorms are priced at ₹160 a night. Also, they serve lip-smacking food at their restaurant that will make you feel amazing. Their in-house bar is your go-to place to get drunk and forget everything else.
Lined with Tibetan flags and dreamcatchers, you might end up falling in love with this place that is not very far from the famous Chapora fort (Dil Chahta Hai fort for those who don’t get it), Vagator beach and Chapora beach. Heck! They have yoga classes too, with occasional movie nights.
The best thing about living in hostels is that you will make new friends, so if your friends back keep cancelling plans, you can simply do a solo-trip.
The quaint, lovely lanes of Vagator are a delight in themselves. Also, if you are feeling touristy, hire a scooter and head to Anjuna or even Baga that are some 15mins away from Vagator.
What are you waiting for?
