As the wedding season in India has arrived, destination wedding is the best option for those who are fond of it – mind you – even for those who can afford it. Destination wedding is a notion where only close family members of both the sides are present in the wedding. Altogether this type of wedding has a different set of vibe to it.

1) Hyderabad:

Hyderabad is the most convenient place for a destination wedding – Taj Falaknuma palace is the best venue in the city. This palace comes at a high cost but it brings along the feel of the kings and queens who once lived there. The palace is owned by the Nizam of Hyderabad. ‘Falaknuma’ means ‘Mirror of the Sky’ this iconic palace was built in 1893, by Nawab Vaqar-ul-Umra who was then the Nizam’s Prime Minister.

Falaknuma has amazing hospitality by Taj Group, it has the largest collection of Venetian Chandeliers along with the most unique Jade collection in the whole world.

Taj Falaknuma is the perfect place for destination wedding for those who dream of a royal touch which comprises of 60 rooms and it is proper for a capacity of 250-300 people. The palace also has beautiful paintings, statues, manuscripts etc.

2) The Pink City – Jaipur:

Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan has many options which can be considered for destination weddings like Neemrana Fort Palace, Taj Ramgarh Palace, Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur Marriot Hotel and many more. The palaces and forts are pink which look lavish at night in winters. Once again all the venues in the city provide you with a royal touch as many of them were once the places where the royals resided. Jaipur itself is famous for its handicrafts, sightseeing and the city’s traditional shows.
