Did You Know Parineeti Chopra Once Worked For Manchester United?

Bollywood’s versatile actress Parineeti Chopra who has appeared in films like Ladies vs Ricky Bahl and Ishaqzaade has won several awards which makes her a very promising actress in the industry.

There are some things which only very few fans of the ‘Kill Dil’ actress know is that she was a brilliant student and was very keen on becoming an Investment Banker. At the age of 17, she received a triple honours degree in business, finance and economics from the Manchester Business School in England. While studying there Parineeti even worked for the famous football club ‘Manchester United’ as a team leader in the catering department! Unbelievable isn’t it?

The work which she used to do was to provide food during the matches. That is when she received her first paycheck for this part-time job. Parineeti Chopra has herself admitted that it was just the part of the job she was doing and she does not have an inch of interest in ‘football’.

Chopra is a versatile personality apart from acting, she has also received an award for singing a song called ‘Mana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin’ in her movie ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ opposite Ayushmann Khurrana, though the film did not perform great at the box office. The ‘Golmaal Again’ actress is a B.A. Honours in classical music.

There is yet another fact about the actress that is relatively unknown. She never had any plans to take up acting as a profession. She worked in the marketing department of YRF studios. Her work was in the PR field and she used to coordinate interviews for other actors and actresses.

Parineeti Chopra will be seen next working again with ‘Akshay Kumar’ in Karan Johar’s ‘Kesari’ which is based on the battle of Saragarhi which is slated to release in 2019 and in ‘Dibakar Banerjee’s romantic thriller ‘Sandeep aur Pinky faraar’ opposite Arjun Kapoor which will be releasing on August 18, 2018.
