These Students Of A Blind School Show Us How To Celebrate Diwali

Students of Smt. Kamla Mehta School for the Blind, Dadar, Mumbai recently celebrated Diwali in their school premises. When you see the pictures, you’ll understand that these innocent children teach us how to do it.

When you see the photos, you’ll realize that all this is while we have have been blind, and they really have vision. They hold little lanterns in their hands and sway it around while some hold placards that ask for a pollution and noise free Diwali.

But there is one message that these children send out that tops it all – Diwali is not about seeing it – it is about feeling the spirit of the festival, right here in your heart. Kudos to the children of this school.

And, Happy Diwali, indeed.
