This Man Writes A Viral Shocking Tweet About Indian Idol Auditions

Airing on Sony TV since 2004, Indian Idol is looked upon as a ‘god-like platform’ by many aspiring singers who want to make a name in Bollywood. The current season of Indian Idol which is its 10th, has a previous contestant as a judge. Neha Kakkar who went on to become a popular singer was once a contestant who worked her way up.

The other two judges in the current season are Vishal Dadlani and Anu Malik with Manish Paul as the host.

Recently, a viral thread by a man named Nishant Kaushik has brought to light the inhumane conditions in which the auditions for this popular show are taken.

In his tweet, Kaushik talks about contestants had to wait for nearly 24 hours for the auditions to begin. He also says how only one toilet and one jar of water was made available for the use of thousands of contestants. He also speaks about the abuse by the crew of Indian Idol and the mistreatment.
