The detective who solved 120 child kidnapping cases for free is Suryakant Bhande Patil. He is a Pune based civil engineer and has a close collaboration with cops in Pune and Mumbai so that he can get the information about the missing kids. The name of his detective agency is, ‘Spy Sanket’.
Suryakant Bhande Patil who is 55 now also has a website dedicated for the missing children so they can be traced. Patil was very dedicated since the start, but one personal incident changed the course of his life. His 13-year-old son was kidnapped, until 7 months, the police could not find him. Patil managed to get till the kidnappers in that time span but until then they had killed his son.
His son’s name was ‘Sanket’ that is why the name of his agency is Spy Sanket. This is the reason he started helping the parents of kidnapped children. Due to this, he decided to trace all the kidnapping cases happening around, solving them and doing that without any charge. One of the most famous cases of Patil is when he solved the case of Sahil Dalvi. Sahil was a five-year boy kidnapped near his house and his body was found after 20 days in Satara river. The police was clueless as to who did it, Patil came into the picture and provided leads to the MIDC.
The ‘Jannat’ actor Emraan Hashmi will be playing the role of the detective on a film which is based on him, according to a report in Mumbai Mirror. Hashmi is very keen on playing such an inspiring role of a man who did his work for free for his entire life.
Emraan Hashmi was last seen along with Ajay Devgn and other actors in ‘Baadhshaho’ which was not a successful box office movie. The movie will be titled ‘Father’s Day’. The movie is inspired by a Gujarati author and journalist Praful Shah’s book ‘Drishyam Adrishyam’. The film is an emotional story of a father and a son.
For the first time, Hashmi is working with director Shantanu Baagchi, who will be doing this as his debut project in Bollywood. Baagchi is an advertising film director who has done more than 300 ad films in his career. The story of the movie is penned by Ritesh Shah whose previous works were successful movies like Airlift, Pink and Raid. The shooting of the film will start in 2019 across the whole of Maharashtra.
Emraan Hashmi is extremely choosy after his previous films which did not work at the box office. Along with this, he is also doing a movie titled as ‘Cheat India’ which will be based on the theme of scams in the education sector of India. For the very first time this side of the country will be explored. Speaking about the film, Emraan Hashmi told in an interview to IANS, “ The script and title of Cheat India are supremely powerful. The is among the most engaging and riveting stories I’ve read in a while and I am thrilled to be essaying what I believe will be a landmark role in my filmography”.
Cheat India is directed by Shoumik Sen who told IANS, “ The film is for every Indian student who is under pressure to excel in a competitive environment. Today’s youth will hugely relate to Cheat India.” The film will be releasing on 25th January 2019.
Along with this Hashmi will be also seen in a Netflix TV series, Bard of Blood. The series is based on the book of the same name by author, Bilal Siddiq. Hashmi will be playing the role of a professor and it is a political thriller. The role of a professor is Emraan’s cover because he is a spy in the series who will return back to India to save the country and his former love. The series will have 8 episodes and is already in the production stage.
