You might find the person taking an extra hour for lunch or simply attending to a celebrity while you wait in line, with your plain request which is actually your right going down the drain. You get angry but then you know your anger is futile because those people are going to treat you worse than they treat their servants. They seem to forget that their salaries, indirectly, come from our money!
